Current Projects

The last two projects - the dental surgery for the hospital and the doctors dispensary for the village - have now been completed.  The report and photos for the Summer visit and Doctors Dispensary project will be available shortly.

Projects for next year have been assessed, and the primary requests have been to continue with the rewiring of the hospital, and to provide an additional source of water from a stream in the mountain.

During the recent visit in March 2007, a short video about the NNRT and our current project was created by Matt and John, and has now been 'published' on the youtube website.  Click here to view the video.

The tasks we have achieved are but a small part of a bigger picture.  Rewiring of the hospital will go on for several more years.  Refurbishment of the wards and corridors is still a priority.  The hospital stairs are also crumbling.  We plan to clad the steps in special non slip tread plates.  All this for the future, it all takes time, effort and money.
